Domes are self sustaining structures requiring no internal supports. This provides the possibility of internal building or an open floor plan. The spacious ceilings of our domes create a beautiful space for interior design, the only limits are your imagination.
wood stove
Each dome comes with a stove vent flashing and pipe cap for wood stove installation. Comfortable temperatures can be maintained inside the dome while snow flurries outside. Any upper round window can be used for stove vent placement.
solar fan
Our energy efficient Solar Fan powered by the sun and is an environmentally friendly ventilation solution that will control humidity and temperature levels. It installs in under 30 minutes.
floors
The Domes are designed to be used with one of our pre-designed floor plans. We offer three plans: Portable Mandala floor plan, Stationary Joist floor plan, and the Perimeter Plan for use with an earthen floor. Some of our customers have used cob floors or poured a cement slab with radiant heating.
windows
Our windows are made with clear boat vinyl and are extremely durable. Each dome comes with a large bay window and round, 2 ft. diameter, removable windows with interchangeable screens.
ventilation
Each dome comes with a removable roof. It is designed to be opened partially or completely from the inside. The base rolls up for increased ventilation. Screens are available for all openings.
doors
Our standard Fabric Door can be opened and zipped closed from the inside or outside. Our Pre-Hung Door Option allows for a standard door. Our optional Round Door is perfect for events. It can also be used for connecting multiple domes.
